Warehouse Supervisor
- Prepare, verify, and file import/export shipping documentation — delivery orders, bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and arrival notices — for 60+ inbound containers per month, achieving a zero-failed-record outcome across internal and client documentation audits.
- Coordinate courier and sample shipment bookings with DHL and other carriers for ExxonMobil global sample dispatch, tracking shipments end-to-end and following up on delays.
- Liaise daily with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to schedule and execute inbound/outbound container movements, maintaining 100% on-time dispatch with zero short-picks across entire tenure.
- Investigate shipment discrepancies, delays, and customer complaints, producing formal Quality Incident Reports (QIR) and Safety Incident Reports (SIR) with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Lead a cross-shift team of up to 22 warehouse staff across a 2-floor, 26-bay facility, driving average daily throughput of 30 containers.
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly records using Accellos WMS and ISCM, ensuring full audit readiness.
- Sustain 99%+ inventory accuracy through RFID/RF scanning and cycle audits; zero reportable WSH incidents across 3+ years of supervisory tenure.
